Welcome to our new website!
This website was launched on the 1st March 07. Please look around and use the contact us page to get in touch with any comments. Be sure to check this page often for news and information of upcoming events. Our Charity Cheese & Wine Evening this year will be for the Lincolnshire Air Ambulance on the 27th November 7pm for 7.30pm. Entertainment will be by Trudie who plays keyboard/vocals, a very entertaining lady. Also there will be dance/fitness routines performed by Bosom Friends. Tickets £5.00 available from the centre or Margaret on 01775 820620. A Voluntary Car Scheme is run from the centre to allow people without transport to keep appointments ie. Doctors, Hospital, Opticians, Dentist and even shopping etc. A fee of 27p per mile is charged to the passenger - within a radius of nine miles a flat rate of £2.50 is charged. This is a popular service and more Voluntary drivers are required to meet demands. If you have a few hours to spare per week we would like to hear from you. Volunteer drivers receive a total of 40p per mile for expenses. Our Thrift Shop is very popular and is open between 10am - 12pm Monday to Saturday inclusive,everyone welcome.
